Sample of A Healthy weekly menu for healthy living
Days of the week
Monday:
Breakfast: Oat meal (Quaker oat) with milk and very little
honey not sugar please. The honey should be very little.
Snacks: Take 2 glasses of water after the intake of the
oatmeal. Guava and Avocado
pears.
1 mango later, after 30 minutes of Avocado intake.
1 Properly and hygienically roasted plantain and roasted
groundnut (epa) should be taken after some time.
Lunch: Brown rice (ofada rice) and vegetable soup full of
Spinach. And bitter leaf. Add onion, garlic, turmeric and cinnamon spices to
the soup. Turkey (with skin removed can
be used). Add some little crayfish as well.
Snacks: Blackberrries or other available berries.
Bananas
Grapes should be taken at intervals.
Dinner: Okra soup made with Garlic, Cinnamon and Turmeric
spices with Agidi ( eko).
Use cayenne pepper, Titus or other lean meats like chicken
or Turkey. The skin of the Turkey and
chicken should be removed.
Don't forget to take plenty water and do some exercises for
the day.
This is what a healthy complete balanced diet looks for a
day.
